The Boogie bounce Story...

The Boogie Bounce programme have been a hit in the UK since 1996 when founder Jenny Belcher began teaching classes locally in Tamworth, West Midlands. Driven by countless success stories from regular attendees amazed at the ‘all over’ health and fitness results achieved, Jenny decided to use her experience as a local instructor and to build a brand that truly supported it’s instructors. In 2014 the Boogie Bounce licenced programme was launched and since then we have launched the brand in 13 Countries and trained over 3000 instructors.


Boogie Bounce is a complete exercise programme performed on a mini trampoline with Patented T-Bar Handle. The programme consists of a highly effective H.I.I.T cardio section followed by a toning section, working bums, tums and thighs. Every muscle in the body is worked, even the FACIAL MUSCLES!


Boogie Bounce uses High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T) techniques to maximise the most effective fat burning process in the cardio section, whilst using the pliable surface of the mat to perform a range of core stability exercises, thus engaging more of the deep core muscles.

NASA even agrees that bouncing is “the most efficient and effective exercise yet devised by man”. Studies by NASA scientists show that bouncing around on a mini trampoline is 68% more effective than jogging and yet requires less effort! You can also develop both upper and lower body strength just as effectively as weight lifting without the strain or threat of pulled or torn muscles

BOOGIE BOUNCE

Boogie Bounce is a complete exercise programme on mini trampoline, with a safety T-Bar Handle, choreographed to an eclectic mix of tracks from across the Decades. Boogie Bounce delivers a full body cardio workout that is suitable for everyone, all ages, shapes and sizes.

Boogie Bounce uses High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) techniques to maximise the most effective fat burning process in the cardio section, whilst using the pliable surface of the mat to perform a range of core stability exercises. The aim isn’t to bounce high or perform gymnastic tricks, but to perform a series of small, controlled movements including our key moves - Froggin’, Stompin’ and the Paddle.

BOOGIE BOUNCE REVOLUTION

The set up of a Boogie Bounce Revolution class is in a circuit style with alternate cardio stations and your ‘typical Bootcamp’ stations

A 45 minute session puts the body through a high intensity workout with each station providing lower options for those new to this style of training. The beauty of our bootcamp is that it welcomes all ages, shapes, sizes. All fitness levels can participate, building their fitness with each revolution.

BOOGIE BOUNCE STRENGTH & TONE

This programme is designed to focus on building a small amount of muscle whilst stripping fat. It is aimed at all muscle groups to strengthen muscles and joints to give the body the ability to maintain correct posture and alignment, therefore giving the body a toned effect. Increasing muscle mass will increase the metabolism resulting in fat loss.
