Have you ever wanted to try a bootcamp but have always been scared or you have to commit to a few days to complete it? Well look no more, here at Nottingham Health and Fitness we have created the perfect one day fitness bootcamp for ladies only which will make you sweat, laugh and sparkle.
You will make friends, find out your strengths and weaknesses and you'll have an amazing time and leave feeling accomplished and grinning from ear to ear!

To find the hall from the Bingham Margidunum Island (nearest to Bingham Lidl/East Bridgford)
At the roundabout take the exit marked Scarrington, East Bridgford, Car Colston. Continue on until reaching the next roundabout. Take the first exit (turn right) into Tenman Lane. Continue along Tenman Lane, passing the Royal Oak pub on the right, and turn left into Spring Lane. Continue along Spring Lane for approximately 300m, the Village Hall is on the left.

On the first day we use Hartington Village Hall for the Retreat - Hyde Lane, Hartington, Buxton SK17 0AW. Please drive to the YHA and we will meet you there. The accommodation might include bunk beds or single beds and we aim to get an en suite YHA room for you and 3/4 others to share.

This does what the name says. It is a slower paced exercise class which focuses on sculpting and shaping those bingo wings, love handles, jelly bellies and bums in a fun, controlled way of exercising
This class encourages you to push yourself harder to a new level of intensity to work your overall body. This class includes fast-paced rhythms like EDM and hip-hop. Who knew becoming strong would become so much fun?
This class encourages you to smile through your sweat as you will burn calories and tone up. This is a dance-based class which includes mostly latin-inspired songs and rhythms, including both original and popular music that you’ll love to dance to.
Our signature class created by Paige. This class is a unique blend of exercise techniques all in one which promotes sculpting, toning and weight loss. This class is hard however you’ll laugh your way through it and you’ll become addicted and you’ll catch the slimtini bug!
A quick way to burn those extra calories off. With the different techniques you’ll work for different time limits, you will be dripping with sweat and feel like giving up however carry on, you will definitely feel proud and impressed with how much you can do!
Work those abs and blast those bingo wings away. You’ll be using various Padwork techniques whilst laughing and working in pairs and doing some low intensity exercises. This class is fun and you won’t realise you’re exercising. Who knew punching each other would be such a laugh?
PILOXING® Knockout is a 30-minute workout influenced by plyometrics, sports conditioning drills and functional training. Increase your fitness level, boost your confidence and strength, break boundaries and gain results. Knockout is a program that suits and challenges individuals of all fitness levels. It’s time to make your workout effective and FUN!
We all love wishing our abs were picture perfect, well lets put them through their paces and push them to their limits! You might even be surprised at how much pressure they can take...
Are you ready to glow? You will be given a set of flashing rave glow sticks. We darken the room, get the disco lights going and start with a simple warm up routine. Then we work up a sweat dancing to floorfillers from 90′s rave to recent dance anthems. The routines are easy-to-follow and always have high or low impact options. It's all about fun, not about perfection.
Who needs a standard easy start to the day when we can push your limits in the first few minutes? On some of our bootcamps we love to introduce the day with Fitness tests... will you be lucky to be part of one, or will you survive the tests?
Pyramid Power is another branch of the Slimtini® Branch that we have created. You will be pushed to your limits, it will surprise you and it will also show you what you are truly capable of achieving.
We don't like boring circuits here at Nottingham Health and Fitness, we like to Jazz it up with disco balls and music! Sometimes we split you into teams so you can all feel the burn together and support each other!
September One Day Bootcamp - Melissa's Results!
You will need to turn up in your workout clothes. Make sure you bring an outdoor jacket, waterproof clothes (especially in the winter) for outdoor work and comfortable shoes. You will definitely need a refillable water bottle to bring with you, also a phone so you can take pictures of your day/evening with your friends and you can add new friends on social media to keep in touch!
Please make sure you bring your own lunch and drinks with you. All of our venues have facilities where you can refill your water bottles free of charge.
You need to feel confident that you can exercise, we can also adjust workouts for injuries - please specify when booking. We aren't expecting you to be an expert and run a marathon, we only expect you to turn up and try your best. This bootcamp is for beginners through to advanced ladies wanting to get fit. You will be surprised how much you can achieve!
On our one day Bootcamps, you will be expected to be ready to start at 09:00* on the Saturday/Sunday morning and you will finish at around 17:00*. Please come dressed in your fitness clothes ready to exercise. If you are doing the two day bootcamps, you will be starting at 09:00* on the Saturday and finishing at 14:00* on the Sunday due to popular requests for travelling back.
