Boogie Bounce Xtreme (BBX) is a complete exercise program performed on a mini trampoline with Patented T-Bar Handle. The program consists of a highly effective HIIT cardio section followed by a toning section, working bums, tums and thighs. Every muscle in the body is worked, even the FACIAL MUSCLES!


Bounce off those pounds and shimmy into shape! Boogie Bounce is suitable for all ages, shapes, sizes and abilities.

BOOGIE BOUNCE MASH UP

Boogie Bounce Mash Up is the combined class of Boogie Bounce Revolution and Boogie Bounce Strength & Tone. This class is a complete exercise program performed on a mini trampoline with Patented T-Bar Handle and using mats on the floor in a circuit style class with alternate cardio stations. The Strength & Tone twist involves a program that uses resistance and strength training bands that is designed to focus on building a small amount of muscle whilst stripping fat. It is aimed at all muscle groups to strengthen muscles and joints to give the body the ability to maintain correct posture and alignment, therefore giving the body a toned effect. Increasing muscle mass will increase the metabolism resulting in fat loss.

BROADWAY BOOGIE

 Broadway Boogie is a high energy dance fitness workout inspired by Broadway and musical theatre. You can dance, sing and express yourself while working out to all your favourite musical melodies. The class includes many different musical styles from various shows and films allowing you to get the full show biz experience in only 45 minutes. Become a Broadway star and take on every leading role as you embrace a different character with every single track and perform at your best.

Broadway Boogie is suitable for all participants of any fitness level. It uses the principles of aerobic training mixed with resistance and interval training to maximise the cardio component of the class to ensure a high calorie burn. Participants often find themselves working harder as they sing along to all their favourite musical numbers.

Broadway Boogie choreography is easy to follow and always reflects the style of the musical or character in play. 

Paige is the first Instructor to teach this concept in the whole of England!

Clubbercise is more than just a dance class - the cleverly integrated cardio, toning, combat and plyometric moves increase the fitness benefits and keep participants coming back for more.


The routines are easy-to-follow with high and low impact options to suit all abilities

Classes are taught in a darkened room with disco lights and Clubbercise trademark LED glow sticks to create a nightclub atmosphere

Clubbercise offers proven results to participants, both for their physical and mental health. Clubbercise is suitable for all ages (16+), all shapes, sizes and abilities.

FUNKY STEP

Funky Step is an easy to follow step aerobic session that is able to bring together a fitness workout that works for all abilities. You will learn a routine step by step so you feel fabulous and not lost like other step classes by the end of it.

Funky Step is ran in a dark environment with flashing lights to great music! 


This is a really fantastic class that tones you up and enables you to use your thinking power to master routines and combinations to the beat, so it is a full workout literally!

BODY TONE

Body Tone is a toning programme which uses toning techniques along with cardio to deliver results. You can be a beginner through to advanced in this class because we give different levels for you to work to.

Body Tone is ran in a dark environment with flashing lights to great cheesey pop music! 


This is a really fantastic class that allows you to workout whilst singing along which will help you power through the workout. If you're still not sure how to compare this class to another one, think of Legs, Bums and Tums but in a dark, club environment!
