THE GLOWSTICKS ARE REUSABLE WHERE YOU CAN REPLACE THE BATTERIES IN THEM WHEN THEY BECOME DULL, AND THEY HAVE A GLITTER UV EFFECT WHERE YOU HAVE A RANGE OF OPTIONS FOR WHICH SETTING YOU WANT TO USE.

 YOU NEED TO WEAR CLOTHING THAT IS SUITABLE TO EXERCISE IN. A GOOD SPORTS BRA, GOOD LEGGINGS THAT DON’T FALL DOWN IS ALSO GREAT. IF YOU CAN WEAR NEON CLOTHING – AMAZING! CLUBBERCISE® IS ALL ABOUT THE NEON CLOTHING, BUT THIS IS NOT NECESSARY IF YOU DON’T WANT TO GO ALL OUT THERE. 

WHAT IS THE ENVIRONMENT LIKE?

 YOU WILL BE IN THE DARK, WITH FLASHING LIGHTS AND LAZERS WHILST GLOWING OUT! LOOSE YOURSELF IN THE MUSIC AND THE DARKNESS AND IMAGINE YOU ARE CLUBBING! CLUBBERCISE® IS DEFINITELY LIKE A NIGHT OUT!

IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?

 THERE IS NO AGE LIMIT, WHETHER YOU ARE 8 OR 80 YOU’RE MORE THAN WELCOME TO JOIN US! WE UNDERSTAND THE PROMO SHOWS YOUNGER LADIES EXERCISING HOWEVER TRUST US, WE HAVE ALL AGES AND ABILITIES IN THE CLASSES! YOU CAN COME BY YOURSELF AND YOU WILL FIT STRAIGHT IN AS WE HAVE A FRIENDLY SUPPORTIVE ATMOSPHERE. 

DO I NEED TO ARRIVE EARLY?

 YES, YOU NEED TO ARRIVE 10-15 MINUTES EARLY TO SET YOUR OWN TRAMPOLINE UP (AS YOU WOULD HAVE TO SET YOUR OWN STATION UP IN A GYM IT’S THE SAME RULES). 10 MINUTES BEFORE THE CLASS START TIME THE VAN DOORS WILL SHUT AND YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ENTER, THIS IS DUE TO PREVIOUS INSTANCES WHERE WE END UP STARTING LATE AS PEOPLE WERE ARRIVING 1 MINUTE PRIOR TO THE CLASS START TIME AND WE HAD TO MESS AROUND SETTING UP – RUNNING AROUND LIKE HEADLESS CHICKENS! IF YOU’RE ON THE LAST CLASS OF THE EVENING YOU WILL ALSO BE EXPECTED JUST TO TAKE THE TRAMPOLINES TO THE VAN TO HELP PACK AWAY – MANY HANDS MAKE LIGHT WORK! 

WHAT CLOTHES DO I NEED TO WEAR?

 YOU NEED TO WEAR CLOTHING THAT IS SUITABLE TO EXERCISE IN. A GOOD SPORTS BRA, GOOD LEGGINGS AND A GOOD TOP WHICH WON’T GET CAUGHT ON THE SPRINGS WHEN LAYING DOWN. YOU WILL ALSO NEED GRIP SOCKS TO TAKE PART, NORMAL SOCKS, BARE FEET AND TRAINERS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES AND YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY IF YOU HAVEN’T GOT THESE. YOU CAN PAY FOR THESE ON THE EVENING IF YOU FORGET THEM AT £4.50 FOR OFFICIAL BOOGIE BOUNCE SOCKS. 

WHAT IS THE WEIGHT LIMIT ON THE TRAMPOLINES?

 THE TRAMPOLINES CAN HOLD A MAXIMUM WEIGHT OF 25 STONE. PLEASE BE HONEST WHEN BOOKING AS WE WOULD HATE FOR THE TRAMPOLINE TO SPLIT ON YOU IF YOU WEREN’T HONEST WITH THE WEIGHT LIMIT AND OUR INSURANCE WILL NOT COVER YOU.

WILL I FALL OFF THE STEP?
