One Day Fitness Bootcamps - Ladies Only

Have you ever wanted to try a bootcamp but have always been scared or you have to commit to a few days to complete it? Well look no more, here at Nottingham Health and Fitness we have created the perfect one day fitness bootcamp for ladies only which will make you sweat, laugh and sparkle. 

You will make friends, find out your strengths and weaknesses and you'll have an amazing time and leave feeling accomplished and grinning from ear to ear! 

All of our Fitness Bootcamps have an EARLY BIRD price of £45pp and these prices will return to the full price two weeks before your chosen bootcamp date to £60pp. 

Please make sure you bring your own lunch and drinks with you. All of our venues have facilities where you can refill your water bottles free of charge. 

You will take part in a variety of classes, some of which are listed below on the page.


Location 1: Car Colston Village Hall

Screveton Road, Spring Ln, Nottingham NG13 8JF

Please park on the road for these one day events and be conscious about parking so other motorists and pedestrians can get by. Thank you all for your cooperation.


To find the hall from the Bingham Margidunum Island (nearest to Bingham Lidl/East Bridgford)

At the roundabout take the exit marked Scarrington, East Bridgford, Car Colston. Continue on until reaching the next roundabout. Take the first exit (turn right) into Tenman Lane. Continue along Tenman Lane, passing the Royal Oak pub on the right, and turn left into Spring Lane. Continue along Spring Lane for approximately 300m, the Village Hall is on the left.

Free parking outside The Village Hotel.

There is a Starbucks inside which is open all day where you can get your daily coffee fix or a snack to get you through. We will always meet around Starbucks in the morning and then we will go down to the room for the day.

January Bootcamp

Our  27th January 2018 Bootcamp will be held at The Village Hotel in Nottingham! 09:00-17:00. We are creating a new plan of attack for the day to give you all a New Year SURPRISE!!

Legs, Bums & Tums

This does what the name says. It is a slower paced exercise class which focuses on sculpting and shaping those bingo wings, love handles, jelly bellies and bums in a fun, controlled way of exercising

Strong by Zumba®

This class encourages you to push yourself harder to a new level of intensity to work your overall body. This class includes fast-paced rhythms like EDM and hip-hop. Who knew becoming strong would become so much fun? 

Zumba®

This class encourages you to smile through your sweat as you will burn calories and tone up. This is a dance-based class which includes mostly latin-inspired songs and rhythms, including both original and popular music that you’ll love to dance to. 

Summer Slimtini®

Our signature class created by Paige. This class is a unique blend of exercise techniques all in one which promotes sculpting, toning and weight loss. This class is hard however you’ll laugh your way through it and you’ll become addicted and you’ll catch the slimtini bug!  

HIIT & Tabata

A quick way to burn those extra calories off. With the different techniques you’ll work for different time limits, you will be dripping with sweat and feel like giving up however carry on, you will definitely feel proud and impressed with how much you can do!   

BoxFit

Work those abs and blast those bingo wings away. You’ll be using various Padwork techniques whilst laughing and working in pairs and doing some low intensity exercises. This class is fun and you won’t realise you’re exercising. Who knew punching each other would be such a laugh?  

Spin

If you love to tone your lower body and build your upper body strength whilst dancing on a bike to the beats then you'll love this class. Paige will push you to your limits and beyond and you'll leave glowing!

Ab Blast

We all love wishing our abs were picture perfect, well lets put them through their paces and push them to their limits! You might even be surprised at how much pressure they can take... 

Clubbercise®

Are you ready to glow? You will be given a set of flashing rave glow sticks. We darken the room, get the disco lights going and start with a simple warm up routine. Then we work up a sweat dancing to floorfillers from 90′s rave to recent dance anthems. The routines are easy-to-follow and always have high or low impact options. It's all about fun, not about perfection.

Fitness Tests

Who needs a standard easy start to the day when we can push your limits in the first few minutes? On some of our bootcamps we love to introduce the day with Fitness tests... will you be lucky to be part of one, or will you survive the tests?

Slimtini Pyramid Power®

Pyramid Power is another branch of the Slimtini® Branch that we have created. You will be pushed to your limits, it will surprise you and it will also show you what you are truly capable of achieving.

Circuits

We don't like boring circuits here at Nottingham Health and Fitness, we like to Jazz it up with disco balls and music! Sometimes we split you into teams so you can all feel the burn together and support each other!

What do I need to bring with me?

You will need to turn up in your workout clothes. Make sure you bring an outdoor jacket, waterproof clothes (especially in the winter) for outdoor work and comfortable shoes. You will definitely need a refillable water bottle to bring with you, also a phone so you can take pictures of your day/evening with your friends and you can add new friends on social media to keep in touch!   

Do I need to be fit to take part in the one day Bootcamp?

You need to feel confident that you can exercise, we can also adjust workouts for injuries - please specify when booking. We aren't expecting you to be an expert and run a marathon, we only expect you to turn up and try your best. This bootcamp is for beginners through to advanced ladies wanting to get fit. You will be surprised how much you can achieve! 

What time do we start and finish?

You will be expected to be ready to start at 09:00 on the Saturday morning. Please come dressed in your fitness clothes ready to exercise. You will be finishing at 17:00 on the Sunday .

Terms & Conditions

Can I get a refund on my booking?

Unfortunately bookings made with us are non-refundable. Once you have processed your booking you have no rights to request a full refund or a partial refund. 

Can I transfer my date if I am unavailable?

If you have booked a date which you're then unable to attend then we can change it for an admin charge of £35 per person. You will only be allowed to transfer your date within 14 days of the start date of the one day Bootcamp that you have originally booked on for. 

What happens if there is something wrong with the venue?

If for some reason there is a problem with the venue - this only happens in very exceptional circumstances (we haven't had one yet - touch wood!), then we will find another venue close by to run Bootcamp from. In exceptional circumstances that we cannot find another venue then we will let you have a refund or change to an alternative date at no extra charge. If you have put down a deposit however this will not be refunded.    

If the weather is unsuitable, do you cancel The Slimtini Weekenders?

There will be no cancellations due to weather conditions unless either a) the venue is closed or b) it would put us all in danger trying to reach the venue - extreme flooding.  

Can we use your material from Nottingham Health and Fitness?

You must not modify the any copies of any materials you have been provided with, printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text including our logo. We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights on our site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.   

Can I share your posts on my social media pages?

Yes of course you can share our posts, why not use #slimtiniweekender or #NottinghamHealthAndFitness on twitter? Please be respectful and do not write derogatory comments when sharing these posts or commenting otherwise you will be removed by admin from the social media sites. 

Drug & Alcohol Policy

By participating in any service that Nottingham Health and Fitness offer you accept that you are not under the influence of ANY substance (alcohol, drugs etc...)If suspicion is raised in any which way that you are under the influence you will be asked to leave without any arguments/exceptions. 
Refunds/Transfers will not be given under any circumstance.If you cause a risk or have confrontation with our instructors or clients then we will have no choice but to call the police to remove you.
WE WILL NOT TOLERATE PUTTING OUR CLIENTS OR OUR INSTRUCTORS AT RISK OF POTENTIAL HARM, DANGER OR GENERAL WELLBEING AND WE WILL IN NO CIRCUMSTANCES ALLOW OUR CLIENTS TO FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE.

By booking a class, fitness retreat/bootcamp or personal training session, you understand the risk of your participation in any physical activity/exercise programmes, sessions or classes and knowing, understanding and appreciate these risks you voluntarily choose to participate, assuming all risk of injury or even death due to your participation. You will also accept that you are not under the influence of ANY substance whilst participating in any service offered by Nottingham Health and Fitness.You are accepting by booking on to the class and participating that Nottingham Health and Fitness & The Slimtini Weekender will not be liable for any injuries, medical conditions or even death due to your participation.
