The Slimtini Weekender hasn't formed overnight... Starting from the ideas scribbled on a piece of paper to then delivering them in classes in Nottingham, we have seriously worked hard and researched our way to deliver a specific 'Weekender' Bootcamp for ladies across the UK to start themselves on their new journey. Nottingham Health and Fitness' owner has spent hours, weeks and months studying research along with all of the information she has learnt and gained from her Personal Training career to deliver these weekends to provide motivation and a friendly environment. We believe fitness should be fun and if you bring a friend with you, you'll have that on-going support when you return home along with the help of The Slimtini Weekender.
I've always believed that women can feel amazing no matter what shape or size. The frustration and unrealistic images that we see on our TV's or in magazines of size 0 women being the generic stereotype isn't real and we need to understand this. It is not healthy to starve yourself thin, and lifting weights won't make you look like Arnold Schwarzenegger (honestly they don't!) I created The Slimtini Weekender as we all love girls holidays, spa days and nights out on the town so I wanted to create an atmosphere where everyone can be part of the same goal - whether it be fitting into a little black dress, looking fabulous on ladies day or even bikini beach ready. This weekend will help kick start you on to your journey to achieve your goals - you won't be your dream size over two days however you'll have that motivation, passion and drive to continue this goal when you return home (after the hot bath to ease those muscles after the drive home!)
The YHA in the National Forest is eco-friendly and it also offers purpose-built en suite accommodation next door to the conkers visitor centre. The building has also been designed to reduce the effect of your stay on the environment, making it a great option for eco holidays. YHA National Forest is an eco friendly building harvesting rain water for their toilets, the suns rays for their hot water and sustainably sourced local timber for their biomass heating system. The property houses 23 en-suite rooms in a mixture of 3, 4 and 5 bed configurations across two floors. Their 4-star YHA includes ample parking.

A high intensity dance class, we’ll put the old cheesy dance tunes on for you to have a boogie too whilst reaching for the stars and spinning around (yes, that really was a Kylie and S Club 7 reference!)
This is a HIIT session which will test you and make you sweat and feel the burn. We focus on shoulder definition and strength, you will be working hard and having a rest in between – make sure you bring a spare gym towel and plenty of water! Let’s make those bikini bodies burn.
Work those abs and blast those bingo wings away. You’ll be using various Padwork techniques whilst laughing and working in pairs and doing some low intensity exercises. This class is fun and you won’t realise you’re exercising. Who knew punching each other would be such a laugh?
Circuit training involved varied exercises from body weight to weights. You will work for a time slot and then rest and move on to your next station. You’ll use the rest of the ladies support and motivation to help thrash your way through this session.
Do you love the country, love being out in the great outdoors, you’ll love exploring the national forest. Who knows this might become a new hobby for you?
A quick way to burn those extra calories off. With the different techniques you’ll work for different time limits, you will be dripping with sweat and feel like giving up however carry on, you will definitely feel proud and impressed with how much you can do!
This does what the name says. It is a slower paced exercise class which focuses on sculpting and shaping those bingo wings, love handles, jelly bellies and bums in a fun, controlled way of exercising – you’ll even do some partner work which will guarantee fits of giggles!
Our signature class. This class is a unique blend of exercise techniques all in one which promotes sculpting, toning and weight loss. This class is hard however you’ll laugh your way through it and you’ll become addicted and you’ll catch the slimtini bug!
This class encourages you to smile through your sweat as you will burn calories and tone up. This is a dance-based class which includes mostly latin-inspired songs and rhythms, including both original and popular music that you’ll love to dance to.
This class encourages you to push yourself harder to a new level of intensity to work your overall body. This class includes fast-paced rhythms like EDM and hip-hop. Who knew becoming strong would become so much fun?
After a hard day of exercise, relax and stretch out all of those aches and pains. You will feel relaxed and calm after this class.
We will be discussing ways to help you keep up the good work after you have left us and into new adventures wherever they may take you.

Unfortunately bookings made with us are non-refundable.
Once you have processed your booking you have no rights to request a full refund or a partial refund.
If you have booked a date which you're then unable to attend then we can change it for an admin charge of £35 per person
You will only be allowed to transfer your date within 14 days of the start date of The Slimtini Weekender you have originally booked on for.
If for some reason there is a problem with the venue - this only happens in very exceptional circumstances (we haven't had one yet - touch wood!), then we will find another venue close by to run The Slimtini Weekender from. In exceptional circumstances that we cannot find another venue then we will let you have a refund or change to an alternative date at no extra charge. If you have put down a deposit however this will not be refunded.
There will be no cancellations due to weather conditions unless either a) the venue is closed or b) it would put us all in danger trying to reach the venue - extreme flooding.
Yes you can put down a deposit, this is 50% of the overall price of The Slimtini Weekender you are purchasing. The remaining balance must be paid within 30 days of The Slimtini Weekender you have reserved, failure to do so will mean a loss of your place. Please note deposits are non refundable.
You must not modify the any copies of any materials you have been provided with, printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text including our logo. We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights on our site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
You cannot use our logo unless you have contacted The Slimtini Weekender and have been granted permission specifically from the business owner. The logo is not to be copied, altered or transformed in any way.

It is crucial that you complete these forms before The Slimtini Weekender (these are sent over email) and highlight any previous or current injuries that you might have. You may request a copy of these forms if you haven't scanned and returned them previous to The Slimtini Weekender however please allow 5-7 working days for a member of the team to get back to you. If you develop an injury at any point over the weekend you need to inform the instructor immediately and you need to be honest with them with how you are feeling. The instructor might ask for you to sit out of one of the sessions which should be listened to as this is for your health and safety. If you fail to disclose any information regarding to your health on the forms then The Slimtini Weekender will not be held liable.
